Scott Zimmerman is a lead instructor for the FSPCA Preven-
tive Controls for Human Course. Mr. Zimmerman has special-
ized in food safety regulatory compliance for 15 years. His
firm provides accredited courses in Seafood HACCP and Good
Manufacturing Practices. He holds a Master’s Degree in Ap-
plied Science (Aquaculture) from James Cook University and
is a Certified Professional in Food Safety with the National En-
vironmental Health Association. Mr. Zimmerman also maintains qualifica-
tions as a lead auditor for several GFSI benchmarked standards.
