As a ground up initiative,
we have a clearer
understanding about the
intricacies of dealing with
the migrant workers and
the issues pertinent in
society. Hence, we provide
tailored content for
specific industry-related
matters as well as
integrate native language
into our curriculum.

Apart from our founders,
many of our volunteers
also have firsthand
experiences of what it is
like to be working as a
foreigner. We have spoken
to over 10,000 Youths &
adults so far and engaged

  • 26. “ We have partnered with some of the largest worker dormitories with outreach to more than 326,000 Migrant workers and also partnered with organizations like Google, DBS, SIF, McKinsey & Co., raiSE, Ministry of Manpower and The Hidden Good As a ground up initiative, we have a clearer understanding about the intricacies of dealing with the migrant workers and the issues pertinent in society. Hence, we provide tailored content for specific industry-related matters as well as integrate native language into our curriculum. CAPACITY TO CHANGE Apart from our founders, many of our volunteers also have firsthand experiences of what it is like to be working as a foreigner. Their only roadblock to learning is lack of financial support. With the support of Socially Responsible Organisations and Donors, we can impact many more Migrants. Dr English for the Masses Apart from our courses, we organise various events ranging from sports carnival to excursion and cook-out sessions to bring communities together and foster greater understanding.
