At the outset, I would like to introduce our Group,
‘Manhatan Int’l Group of Companies’, an UAE based,
medium-sized but fast growing reputed group of
Companies engaged in activities of trading and supply
chain support services.
The major business activities of the member companies
are Packing and Co-packing, Logistics and Distribution
Services, Transport Logistics, Shipping Agency, Freight
Clearing and Forwarding, Sea and Air Cargo Handling,
Supply Chain Manpower Handling, Vehicle Marinating,
Repairing and lubricators, Supermarket and Printing.
Manhatan International Cargo LLC, (MICT) the primer of
the Group was founded in 1994 by our Chairman, Maj.
General Dr/ Jassim Moh’d J. Balromaitha and
Managing Director, Mr. M.A. Hashim, Economist and a
seasoned businessman.
During the last 2 decades in the process of its steady
and careful upstream diversification Manhatan group
paired with its appendages of companies, Arrow Stars
Packing & Repackaging Services L.L.C., Auto Check
International, Home Needs Supermarket L.L.C. and
Abha Advertising & Gifts Est.
Internally the divisions of MICT, Shipping Division, Supply
chain (Logistics and Distribution) Support Services Division,
Transport Logistics Services Division, were strengthened with
strong team of experts, skilled manpower, and handful
of experience in servicing to top-notch clients. All the
Divisions were facilitated with modern infrastructure
facilities capable of handling any sort of volume of
business.

2. Presently, MICT has nine key personnel’s in levels, Group
General Manager, Operations Manager, Business
Development Executive and Customer Service
Executive. Down the line of operation around 200
hundred well experienced and dedicated employees
having exposure of different services to clients
operating in wide variety of business segments. To
name the major ones, Food and Consumer Product
Suppliers, Supply Chain Logistic Operators, Super and
Hyper Markets, Pharmaceutical Suppliers, Civil
Construction Contractors, General Trading, etc.
Even though the packing and co-packing activities
were handled in the on-site storage and work place of
the client, MICT is posses more than 15,000 Sq. ft
warehousing area to cater the client needs, the present
handling volume is of 30 to 35 containers per month.
Placed at a prime location of Dubai, whereby we can
reach any client located in Dubai and Sharjah with a
maximum radius by 45 minutes.
To support the packing and co-packing activities MICT
is equipped with Manual Chamber Type Shrink
wrapping Machine, Eco-Modular Sealer with product
take away conveyors, Mini pack shrink tunnels, Italfar
pack shrink tunnel, Gramegna shrink tunnels, Carton
taping machine both top taping and bottom taping,
Impulse sealers with foot pedal. Ink jet printing machine
to print labels, Sachet packing machine for
Sugar/Salt/Pepper packing, VFFS Machine for pulses
and sugar packing, Induction sealing machine, Fully
automatic L- bar Sealer, Heat Seal Shrink tunnels, and
Bar Code Printing Machine. Most of the machineries
are transportable to the client work site too, as hands
on equipments.
To support transport logistics MICT owns and operates 8
Nos. of Reefer trucks each 3.5 tonne capacity, a Chilled
truck of 3.5 tonne capacity, 7 Open trucks 3.5 tonnes
each, and 4 Container trailers which can handle 300
containers per month.

3. To support skilled man power solutions MICT is owning
and operating 6 numbers of passenger Buses to
transport the skilled support staff to and between site
locations.
Thus, we are in a position to cater to clients’ specific
requirements. Personal care of clients at all times,
meeting commitments and providing apt and timely
business solutions emanating from hard work,
professional knowledge, expertise and experience are
the prime factors of our success.
At present, we have over 50 standard clients. Our
prominent clientele includes multinational corporate
such as, Procter and Gamble, Master Foods (GFT),
Godrej Middle East, Arla, Rainbow, Modern
Pharmaceuticals, Hellman Logistics, Aramex, Danzas
and; local business groups such as Ashraf & Partners,
Transmed Overseas Inc. SA, Masafi, Federal Foods, Al
