William T. Shaffer Law Group, P.A. (2011-Present)
I work part-time at the William T. Shaffer Law Group, a small family civil law practice
(4 employees), with an emphasis on consumer law litigation and bankruptcy. I began doing
this when I was 14 years old.
Performed all typical law office related administrative tasks, including
answering telephones, setting up initial client files, paying accounts receivable,
drafting routine correspondences, and calendaring.
Additionally, as I gained experience and age, my assigned duties expanded to
include:
Conducting initial Chapter 7 client interviews and related data entry, drafting
and electronically filing various pleadings, gathering and assisting clients with
discovery, searching and obtaining public records and credit reports, and
similar paralegal tasks.

While finishing my undergraduate studies in Pensacola, I worked part-time as a cashier.
My duties were:
Operating the cash registers and credit card processing machines, pushing
targeted product sale items, and providing customers excellent customer
service.
