Currently working with M/s JSW Steel Limited as Manager in Finance & Accounts Dept. since September
1998 and heading a team of 10+ members.
 Independent project handling for 2 years from 1998 to 2000.
 To review of GR/IR liability Account and posting of bills in SAP and ensure correctness in bill processing of revenue
and project supply bills, freight bills, customs bills.
 To ensure cenvat credit availed within one year on all input materials and ensure all original vat invoices received
to take input credit.
 Down payment/FRF request Clearance & Material OGP (Outward Gate Pass) Clearance.
 Coordinating with Purchase Dept., GRN Cell & Excise dept. to ensure payments to the vendors timely & accurately.
 Admin and Payroll accounting and all works related to EFT(Electronic fund transfer)
 Confirmation to Head Office to release the LC Payments.
 Reconciliation of vendor accounts and ensure no open items and sending balance confirmation letters/mails to
vendors to settle the books.
 Calculate penalties and volume discounts on purchases and issue debit note to vendor as per PO conditions.
 Review and ensure no open items in Inter division HO-Plant account on every month end.
 Review the Creditors ageing Report & Review the balances of Customer cum vendor parties and make necessary
book adjustments.
 Handling Vendor query and fulfillment of auditor query
 Quarterly physical stock verification.
 Review of long pending advances/Debit balances in party accounts for necessary action, wherever applicable.
 Preparing Monthly MIS.
