Accounts & Inventory:
Ensure accuracy, correctness & timeliness of Monthly Reporting, quarterly forecasts & annual budget
exercise with analysis of variances for management.
Review & authorization of weekly, monthly & quarterly MIS reports & KPIs.
Manage, liaise and finalize annual external audit and statutory accounts.
Scrutinize, approve & authorize weekly processing of creditors payments & employees expenses.
Review/analyze balance sheet & reconciliations.
Guidance, mentorship & management of a team.
Monthly & quarterly reports, Statutory accounts preparation.
Compliances with sound financing / Accounting Norms and statutory regulations
Conducting quarterly internal audit for the Company at HO and branches.
Taking care of compliances under Direct and Indirect Taxes.
Timely deposit of TDS and filing of e-TDS Returns on quarterly/annual basis.
Ensure proper processes are in place for all the business transactions and suggest changes for
strengthening weaker areas.
Control over receivable and payable management including MSME regulations.
E-Filling of Sales Tax, Central Excise and Service Tax forms Follow up, Preparation of Self-
Assessment order for Sales tax Assessments.
VAT – Monthly Return Filing, Remittance, Generation of C Form etc through online.
Pay roll preparation E P F& E S I – Deduction, Monthly return Preparation & E-Filling
Bank Liaison work for arranging credit facilities like letter of credit, bank guarantees, etc.
Audit & Taxation:
Maintenance of all statutory records like TDS Register, Sales Tax Register, and Service Tax records.
Submission of monthly Sales tax Register, and Half Yearly Service Tax Returns.
Submission of Quarterly TDS Return online and issue of TDS Certificates to the concerned service
Assisting in Finalization of Accounts and preparation of various schedules for Tax audit report.
Liaison with Auditors and audit team to complete the audit in time.
Coordinating with other departments in getting the reports to be submitted to Management
M I S & Secretarial:
Preparation of Monthly Financials like Cash flow along with comparative analysis of Budget V Actual.
Submission of Monthly Inventory report along with summary with deviation reports.
Submission of quarterly report on Physical verification of Fixed Assets of the Company.
Submission of ad-hoc reports to the management to take appropriate action on overdue receivable
and overdue pending bills of suppliers.
Maintenance of All Statutory Secretarial Records. Issue of Notice, agenda etc., for the Board Meeting.
Coordinating for Board meeting, AGM and preparation of draft Minutes of the Board Meeting.
Submission of Various Statutory returns / forms with Ministry of Corporate Affairs for compliance in
coordinating with Company Secretary.
