Key responsibilities:
Handling Payroll of SAS Research & Development India Pvt ltd. with the following
responsibilities:
Processing the payroll of SAS at onside of client for an approximately 700+ employees by
using Ascent Payroll Software.
1. Processing the payroll for the various clients for approximately 1500+ employees starting
from the receipt of the transaction input till the the uploading of same in the system.
2. Reciept of the new joinee input from central HR Dept. for all location, making upload files
for the same and after uploading processing the same, providing the first cut to HR Dept.
3. After confirmation from client send the bank file.
4. Preparing JV report for all location.
5. After Payroll, preparing the MIS ( Statutory) Reports for all Loaction and sending to the
respective location.
6. Interaction with the client for any specific requirement to be carried on and also giving
reports as required by them.
7. Processing F&F (Full and Final) settlement for the left employees.
8. Carried out Actual investment proof collection updation and uploading the same on
Ascent payroll software.
9. To maintain the statutory tracker ( PF,TDS & PT).
10. To Prepare the PF,ESIC,TDS & PT challans.Also ensure to deposite the same before the
due dates.
11. ETDS filling
12. PF challan generation on PF web portal by monthly basis.
13. ESIC Challan generation on ESIC web portal on monthly basis.
14. PT montly return filling
15. To solve the queries of employees related to payroll.

 Confirmation of RTGS and reconciliation on daily basis.
 Vouching the bills for Purchase & Sales.
 Passing Journal Entries for Purchase, Sales, returns in Tally ERP.

 Preparation of C’ Form and Online Booking of C' Form.
