Responsibities:
Handling and processing of Passport application received from clients.
 At Help Desk/ Translation Desk
i. Provide Assistance to the applicants
ii. Assist in translating of the Passport application form
iii. Grievance registration and escalation
iv. Issue appointment forms for meeting APO
 At Token Counter
i. Verifies the completeness of application and supporting documents.

 At Private Processing counter
