detailed job cost analysis (JCA) of project, preparation of material submittals,
comparison statement of various vendors, subletting work to subcontractors, leasing
work with various government and statutory authorities and business promotion
activities.
 EXECUTION
Review of design of all Electrical and low current systems preparation of shop drawing,
detailing and submittals. Selection of materials for all the above mentioned systems
Submittal of materials, Manpower planning, tools and equipment evaluation, work
progress monitoring, Testing& Commissioning, Estimation, Tendering, Contract
