 Reviewing the actual Figures, alleviate variances & amend Budgets if necessary.

 Ensuring timely filing of direct and indirect taxes and returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax
(TDS) and Service tax compliance with Statutory Acts & based on the mandatory
enactments.)
 Representing the organization before taxation authorities at the time of assessment
/appeals and Auditors for Audit of Statutory and Tax Audit.
 Working knowledge of Income Tax, Corporate Law, Service Tax, Excise etc.
D) Audit /MIS.
 Preparing Audit schedules/plans and ensuring completion of the same within the
stipulated time frame.
 Conducting Statutory, Internal, system and Tax Audits for analyzing existing systems
and procedures and streamlining them through usage of technology.
 Preparing yearly Budgets/Forecasts within which the company activities must be
executed.
 Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial
performance viz monthly profitability & turnover as per the requirement of Management.
E) HR/Administration.
 Knowledge of Provident Fund / ESI.
 Preparation of Payroll Accounting.
 Knowledge of HR related work.
 Knowledge of Purchase, inviting quotation of various vendors, cost and quality analysis, selection
of vendors and contractors after analyzing of the comparative statements.
