Key Responsibilities-
1. Reports:I am dealing with all types of financial and Non financial reports. Few
reports are as given below:
 APR report, SLA report, Daily Report
 Weekly Deck, Invoicing, P4P, Attrition Report, etc.
Key Profile-
 Maintaining reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Responsible for reports automation.
 Responsible for preparation and maintenance of MIS reports.
 Presenting data in charts, graphs, tables etc.
 Work with senior management to understand the requirements clearly and come-up
with ways to address them.
 Making MIS presentation & other important presentations.
 Day to day follow up and coordination with different teams to ensure timely flow of
MIS.
 Any other adhoc reports as per requirement of the zones and business heads.
 Extraction of raw data from the source database and converting it to useful
information.
 Handling of data and downloading the data from web applications.
 Prepare the team MIS on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
 Maintaining the Companies/Employees database in Advanced Excel (such like Pivot
table, Formulas, Vlookup, Graph, Charts and Mail Merge).
 Survey, had conversation with clients on the given topics.
 Coordinate with client for event, appointment and details.
 Requirement gathering and communicating to internal teams.
