About Oil Change Reminders
The campaign will run once a week and will send at most 6 times a year (Defaulted to only
send to customers who got their oil change in the last 12 months)
Exclude customers has future scheduled appointment 
Exclude recent vehicles (visited in last 45 days). 
Exclude if there is no history of an oil change in the past 24 months
Will send within 28 days of either Mileage or Frequency due date based on Oil Type
Services settings
 
How to Set Up Oil Type Services
Before turning on your oil change reminders, you must first adjust your settings to fit your business
or the reminders will be sent incorrectly. Here's how:
1.  Go to Settings
2.  Select Oil Type Services under Manage
 
3.  Regular Oil Change Mileage/Frequency is defaulted to 3000/3 Months (Update if necessary)

4.  a.) Select Oil Change Service Code, b.) Click right arrow to move code into right column
Tip: To select more than 1 code, hold Ctrl, and click all that apply. To select several
consecutive codes click on the first code, hold Shift, and click the last code.
5. Click Save
 
 
***Repeat steps 3­5 for Synthetic Oil and Synthetic Blend. Note: If settings for all oil types are
exactly the same, your customer will only receive 1 email.***
