NATURAL RESOURCE
CONSERVATION &
OPTIMIZATION IN ECOSYSTEM
Uﬂex Limited in collaboration with AROH Foundation in
Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Padesh
Uﬂex Limited, a global leader in packaging industry, implemented their CSR
Environment Project in 2 villages in Gautam Buddh Nagar, UP. The project aims
to train 100 farmers in each village in ex-situ and in-situ measures of rainwater
harvesting. The project intends to plant 800 saplings through 100 farmers in
each village. Fiinovation facilitated the CSO-CSR partnership. It is also
responsible for designing the project and its monitoring and evaluation.

INTEGRATED SKILL
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IN
HEALTHCARE SECTOR
RPG Foundation and KEC international Limited in
partnership with Maharaj Vinayak Society in Rajasthan
RPG Foundation, the non-proﬁt arm of RPG Enterprises & KEC International
Limited, mobilized the designed CSR initiative at Jaipur, Rajasthan through
Maharaj Vinayak Society. The initiative aims to train 100 individuals in the
healthcare sector through a skill development programme, focusing on
patient care assistance. Fiinovation was responsible for developing the
project and helping the foundation ﬁnd the implementation partner.

INCOME GENERATION
THROUGH SUSTAINABLE
AGRICULTURE
PI Foundation, a Trust supported by PI Industries Ltd in
partnership with Harsha Trust in Odisha
PI Foundation, a trust supported by PI Industries, initiated their CSR programme
named ‘Income Generation Program through Sustainable Agriculture’ among the
farmers in Rayagada district of Odisha. The intervention emphasizes on training
farmers in inexpensive and sustainable agricultural practices of rice production. It
aims to beneﬁt 1000 farmers over the next two years. The project is implemented by
Harsha Trust, which operates in 7 districts of Odisha ensuring livelihood security and
improvement in the quality among the farmers. Fiinovation designed the initiative
and helped identify the implementation, in addition to conducting monitoring and
evaluation.

INTERVENTION ON
RAINWATER HARVESTING &
RESOURCES RESTORATION
Uﬂex Limited extends CSR intervention in Bhind , MP
through Bal-Mahila Vikas Samiti (VAMA)
The project involves construction of carefully planned ex-situ rainwater harvesting
structures to charge the aquifers. It also consists of organic and inorganic mulching to
protect soil cover and focuses on plantation drives in a village near Malanpur. The
initiative further entails plantation of 2,400 saplings in individual and community-
owned land parcels in a bid to enhance the green cover, and also to provide fodder for
livestock throughout the year while also supplementing the farmers’ income.
