1. Me: Why do you want to work at Michaels?
Guest: I want this job because I have a passion for art and I believe that I can spread that
passion with younger kids because I have experience with younger childrens and also
because I have this big passion for art and I want to spread that.
Me: How did you become interested?
Guest: Well, I feel like I was interested in art for many years of my life since I was a young
child drawing walls, keeping colours and paint. So I feel like as I grew up, of course my art
skills improved, but I became more and more interested in spreading this and wanting
people to share the joy of having a pencil in your hand drawing.
Me: What do you have to offer this organization?
Guest: Well, I have to offer my creativity because as the logo goes, where creativity happens
for michael. So again, I want to spread that and I knoiw I’m saying alot, but I’m just really
want to let other people know the joy of art.
Me: What are some of your strenths and weaknesses?
Guest: So for my strenth, I am very confident and I like to help people, also I feel like I
always have a very freindly attitude toward children and I love interacting with children. For
my weaknesses, I can’t stand still, I won’t stand for that long, I don’t like standing up for a
long period of time, so sometimes I just sit down for a bit things like that.
Me: what kind of education do you have?
Guest: I been taking a lot of courses in the art apartment and I feel like I did decently in
those courses. For example, in the coruse Art Foundations 9, I recieved 90 percent in the
course and for Food Culinary Arts, I reccieved a 89 percent in that course.
