have a vison of digitalization to make people’s living style more efficient, managed
and affordable. The system can provide information and take actions for the
specific information which will be controlled by a centrally located system or hub.

wasting the energy (more specifically electrical energy) in different fields such as
Agriculture, Hospitals, Education, Apartments etc. which can be due to unwanted
operation of different loads or equipment. The market of Home solution is
wide and includes variety of consumers of different age group starting from kids to
senior citizens. The demand and type of solutions vary as per the consumer.
The main problem users are facing is with an integrated system capable of controlling
their entertainment, security, and energy management issues.
We would like to provide a single integrated system incorporating all the components
of a home network and solve the issues of entertainment, security, and energy
management to fit the present scenario.

3. We would like to introduce highly advanced and revolutionary system capable of controlling,
monitoring and communicating with the specialized hubs for entertainment, security, and energy
management. These hubs work together to connect the home network. The whole system would
work, communicate and provide necessary suggestion to the user automatically for efficient
operation. The system can provide information and receiving commands from the user through
a communication channel which includes tablet, phone, or web app.

4. Home Automation is gaining popularity worldwide but in the context of Nepal it’s
application and benefits are still hidden. Not much work has been done in this field, though
some organization have tried this in Kathmandu valley and their market is increasing. The
systems presently available in the market are costly and don’t satisfy the needs and demands
of the user. Systems currently available in the market are not capable of fitting into the
traditional sockets and looks messy as they require their own electrification. Hence these
systems can mostly be fitted into new house made with an intention of automation. The
systems available up-to-date are not only bulky, design less but are also not reliable and
versatile. Their work is limited to a specific age group and specific sector with very few
functionalities.
In the contrary we like to put forward a system capable of fitting into any circumstances
whether new or old with full functionality capable of satisfying any age group and any
work area which could be house, schools, apartments, agriculture, business etc. As our
marketing policy we will divide the market into three sectors as per their age(years)
G1(18-45), G2(45-65) and G3(65+). The marketing strategy is to target these groups.
The full package of the system includes all the hubs and will be marked as one unit, but the
user will have the options of choosing their own requirement. This will open the market to
more consumers. In general terms the system should cost around NRs 75,000 (which
includes all the hubs) for medium requirements.

As discussed earlier our system will have a centrally located system for controlling,
monitoring and communicating with the specialized hubs for entertainment, security,
and energy management. The entertainment hub functions for providing automated
application of lighting, TV, Sound system, home theater etc. The security hub would
provide special care to your place it would avoid trans passers to enter your premises.
this hub will recognize you and your family and unlock the doors, provide the view of
your place when you are not around through a wireless communication channel. The
energy management hub will provide efficient ideas to minimize the energy usage of the
house, business, apartments, factories and many more.
Our system will be able to display the status of energy consumption in rupees and
provide necessary suggestion through the modular feedback mechanisms. All kinds of
necessary communications between the user and the system will be done through a
wireless communication channel (via web app, mobile alert, tablets, phones etc.). Our
product includes wide variety of application such as residential, home theater, hotels,
hospitals, farms, industries, educational institutions, restaurants, boardrooms and many
more.

The future of automation is module based where every element of a place is controlled by the modules.
These modules are easy to replace and cost effective. Hence using modular based home automation
techniques would be more efficient and applicable. Very few of users
understand the home automation concept, but not installed one in their home, while many are not aware
of home automation its capabilities and power. Our plan is to generate awareness
for the need of home automation system. Systems and hubs and other components will be sold
online as well as from our stores. The home automation revenue is expected to rise as people
become aware of its capabilities. There are many competitors in the current market but the kind of service
that we provide and the functionalities that we have will be the key to our success.
