the needs of its clients.
Training
Roadmapping is a specific technique designed to provide an organisation with a ‘road map’ to transform from its current to desired state. It can be as broad
or as narrow as needed. Our Roadmapping approach is based on the work of Rob Phaal who has trained our lead practioners.
Roadmapping
FIN is able to arrange and run workshops on a specific topic designed to meet the needs of clients. These can be delivered in house or more generally to
delegates from a number of organisations. Opening the workshops up to a wider audience is a good way of stimulating interactions that lead to Open
Innovation opportunities.
Workshops
FIN has developed a high level user group to allow Open Innovation executives to meet and share experiences. The aim of the group is to allow sharing of
best practice within the sector and to access best practice from outside.
