day the day we decided to walk... just walk into the wild. None of us knew what the plan was, or
what we were about to encounter, but we all knew that we weren’t turning back anytime soon.
There was me, Neil, Austin, and Alan
Neil Young was the craziest guy we hung out with- and we all knew he didn’t really have a shot in
life. I mean, don’t get me wrong, he’s a cool guy- but it was not all there. The others and I- always
wondered what possessed him, you wouldn’t believe some of the stuff he did…
Andthenthere’sAustinHunter,he was the unofficial leaderof the group- thiswasdue to hischarm,
and he had a certainway withthe girls- whichIneverunderstood,despite all of the lectureshe gave
me about them.He was alsointelligent and fit- and held the record for the most amount of records
broken.

In contrast- there was Alan Jones, my closest friend. I think I was closest to him- because I felt so
sorry for him. He tried harder than everyone to impress, and unlike Austin, he didn’t have a lot of
luck with girls… at all. But, the thing that stood out the most about Alan was his theories and
conspiracies- that he either made up or heard about on some documentary.
Then this one time he kept banging on about this conspiracy- and out of doubt and irritation we
ventured to prove him wrong.
