• JCI PCT – The FX-PCT is used to configure, simulate, and commission the Facility Explorer Programmable
Controllers (FX-PCAs, FX-PCGs, FX-PCVs, and FX-PCXs).
• NIAGRA-WORKBENCH - FX Supervisory Controllers and FX Server are all built upon a software framework called
Niagara AX. This mainly for Graphics build up, Alarm Console, Trending, Totalization and scheduler of BMS.
• GOOGLE SKETCHUP TOOL - This is a 3D modeling computer. During my career, I used this to prepare 3D Floor
Plan for BMS Graphics works.
