Collection Development, Digitization, an d Processing Collection Development Received the last of the Four Freshmen collection Digitization Digitized images of Irwin Library and Clowes Hall Goal: add to digital assets; beginnings of online university history Processing Experimenting with MPLP (More Product, Less Process) to get more materials ready for use sooner

Classroom Outreach Classes used the Charters Collection as course texts Civil War class using the university archives to research Butler students, faculty, and staff who served during the war; did biographies and submitted them to the archives Did “How to do Archival Research 101” with classes above, plus graduate and undergraduate music classes, an honors class, and a journalism class
