With over 30 years of experience of various professional arenas including national and
international organizations; Safdar Kazmi is a seasoned professional with specific interests in
the fields of education, health, and management. Having served more than 15 years in the
development sector and projects at most responsible positions, he is conversant with filed
project policies and framework development, implementation, design and conduct survey,
and monitoring & evaluation on different variety of projects.

Chemonics International and IRC International - USAID funded Pakistan Reading Program
(PRP) and Sind Reading Program (SRP), the biggest ever funding on educational program in
Pakistan.
