Nature of duties:
1- Relating to the Application of HSE Management System to the project
- Define the final destination of scraps routed to the Support Base;
- For the contracts under his management, hold the kick-off meeting
when starting the performance of the services in order to emphasize that Safety,
Environment and Health matters shall be considered values for the execution of
the contract scope;
- Assist the behavioral audit techniques, train other professionals when
necessary, perform reference audits, plan the process of behavioral audits, treat
deviations and propose corrective actions to all organizational hierarchy.
2- Relating to the Risk and Change Management
- Update the project paperwork, and register whenever a
modification in the documents is authorized, and the HSE activities in the
project.
3- Relating to the Contracting of Goods and Services
- Perform the suppliers´ evaluation;
- Submit to the holder of the limit of competence the process report
for approval.
- Perform the contracting process;
- Be aware of the development of all contract phases, and follow the
contract remaining balance;
- Check and approve the services invoices, followed by documents
proving the service execution and signed by the contract Inspector;
- Adopt pertinent measures in case contractual amendments are
needed;
- Pursuant to contract provisions, apply the pertinent fines;
- Keep close contact with the contract Inspector in order to ensure
dependable execution of the contract objective;
- Coordinate the supplier’s evaluation;
- Receive, in whole or in part, the contract objective duly executed
upon filling and signing the Contract Receipt Term (TRP or TRD);
- Analyse possible solutions in case of contract termination;
- Perform withholdings and releases as stipulated in the contract,
and in accordance with the information provided by the service Inspector;
4- Relating to the Environmental Study and Licensing
- Process of environmental licensing according to Environmental
Studies and Licensing procedure;
- Ensure the quality of environmental studies developed by
specialized consultancy companies, or by the company´s resources through a
skilled multidisciplinary technical team in charge of checking the final version of
the documents.
5- Relating to the Contingency Plan
- Prepare the Project Contingency Plan;
3. - Manage the project contingency plan (responsible for updating
and maintenance of document, and for the performance of plan audits);
- Prepare in conjunction with the drilling contractor the bridge
document between the project contingency plan and the rig contingency plan;
6- Relating to the information for issuance of cash call
- Provide to the Project Coordinator the estimate expenditures with
goods and services associated with the project contingency plan, and preferably
based on the invoices received in a period of time previously defined by the
Finance Manager.
7- Relating to the managerial follow-up and accounting records of the project
costs
- Provide information and approvals required by the project
accounting, as determined by the Finance Manager.
8- Relating to the Project Controlling Indicators
- Calculate and monitor the project controlling indicators related to
HSE in accordance with the project controlling indicators procedure.

- At the Critical Analysis Meeting present the evaluation of the
behavioral audit program used during the project.
