This is a presentation that has details on non fiction literature, movies and other forms of art. The presentation ends with the amalysis of the popular movie 'The Wolf of Wall Street' with the traits of a non fiction. This was part of my language course at the university.

Characteristics
Non fiction talks about actual stories that has
happened or happen on a regular basis. It tries to
give us a lesson or a new perspective from the
eyes of another person in another situation
Uses dramatic scenes, dialogue, plot twists to
make the actual story more interesting to the
reader/viewer

We googled for popular nonfiction variants and
found out there were too many to discuss on a
single presentation.
So we decided to go ahead and pick the more
popular variants of non fiction which most of us
are familiar with.

Can be based on multiple factors of travel such
as food, places, mystery, adventure etc.

Articles
Usually focuses on the information based on
current affairs. Can be based on politics, sports,
music or any other topic.
Is normally written by an opinion leader in the
form of a journalist or a columnist.

Similar to diaries but does not follow the daily
writing necessity that comes with personal diaries
Focuses more on the writers thoughts, views and
expressions regarding certain issues and gives a
more in depth perspective of the writers analysis

own words. The perspective is mostly first person.
Towards the end of the story the person tries to
give some sort of lesson based on his

The lessons start from how greed tends to
ruin marriage, career and life. And ends with
the simple teaching of how to sell a pen.
