Other preschool institutions: groups in schools, centers in kindergartens, family kindergartens etc. There are several basic and extra education programs. As a rule each kindergarten chooses a basic program and one or several extra programs and adapts them to local conditions In Russia the majority of children from 2 to 7 years attend early child care institutions from 8 am to 7 pm
