2. Marriage means everything to Tracy Wanjiku, the 46 year old
pork addict wife to Abdullah Musyoka, a staunch religious man.
Eunice Atieno, a 26 year old girl is fishing for a sponsor, the
only man close is Tracy’s husband and Tracy can smell her from
a far.
3. Tenant basket is a story about Tracy Wanjiku, Abdullah’s barren
wife whose marriage is confronted by seduction from a single
youthful Eunice Atieno, a neighbor at the estate, who targets to
get a sponsored luxurious life from her husband. Though, Tracy
Wanjiku can smell this from a far. This story exposes tenant ill
behavior at the iron sheet estate of kawangware, a low income
residential area in the suburb of Nairobi.
4. This comedy drama targets a 26 years old ever grumbling,
single, sedussive, youthful girl whose dream is to live a
sponsored luxurious life. However, this comedy drama is
designed for a Kenyan market, especially tenant
fraternity in Nairobi suburbs and people in the rural-
urban setting who have the gadgets (DVD & Screen)
necessary to watch this. Other target include matatu
screening, leisure and hospitality places like
restaurants and bars.
5. According to research in 2011,out of the 3.36m people 2.54m people
were tenants where majority of these lived low class tenancy (iron
sheet estates )and specific individuals’ experiences , certain comedy
dramatic practices in iron sheet housed estates are worth exposing.
This comedy drama is packaged with very interesting storylines, like
‘Dad and Son fall in love with a neighbor’ , ‘ Wife finds husband
making love in bathroom’ , ‘ Unhygienic neighborhood’ , ‘Feeding by
scent’ , ‘ Husband hits wife to comma as he saves the fiance’ , ‘ What
concrete ain’t iron sheets can’ , ‘ Fiance cheats on spouse with son’ , ‘
Your child is my spouse’ . …..cache and worth telling.

11. Tenant Basket is an expose comedy drama about tenancy in iron sheet
housed estates in Nairobi. It will be produced by a competent team of
crew and cast for two seasons, each episode being produced after the
other in a week’s time.
This show will attract majority population based on similar setting and
will target advertisers like real estates, interiors and design,
construction companies, shopping malls, hardware shops, roofings ,
among others. The show will make a return on investment of 100% to
200% per a capital, on a quota basis.
