Lefebvre Engineering successfully manufactured
and supplied Donaldson, Europe GTS Division, Belgium
in 2013 Filter modules, Transition ducts, Second stage,
AOS parts, Pneumatic kits and closing sheets for Oryx
project in Qatar. The job was completed over a period
of 9 months. The job involves procurement of carbon
and stainless steel and hard wares. All the
manufactured parts have been transported by Road to
Qatar. Lefebvre managed customs clearances and
transport arrangements on behalf of the customer.

Power Plant
More recently Lefebvre Manufactured and completed supply of
5 units of Gas Exhaust systems for Dubal Power Plant to a
customer in USA. The scope of work involves manufacture and
supply of Inlet ducts, Inlet Expansion Joints, Tee boxes, HRSG
Louvers, Bypass Louvers, blanking Guillotines, HRSJ Expansion
Joints, Bypass EJs, Silencer inlet transitions, Silencing Casings,
Silencer outlet transitions, Stack tubes, Stack support structures,
Seal Air systems and ladders and platforms. The scope involves
procurement of carbon and stainless steel. Hard wares and
insulation items were free issued by the customer. Field assembly
of the above manufactured items at its workshop and transportation
of all the assembled items weighing approximately 1500 Tons by
Barge and road to Dubal Site from Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
