Voluntary Arrangement or Company Voluntary
Arrangement) proposals to determine whether
you should accept or object to the proposal –
should we advise you to object again SGP will
process the relevant documentation.
 Completion and submission of all voting and
proof of debt forms.


 Attendance at a creditors meeting where we
believe it will be of benefit
 Requesting information from the Insolvency
Practitioner should we have reason to believe the
debtor has traded whilst insolvent.
 Where insolvent trading is proven, submit a
report to the Insolvency Practitioner and the
Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS)
requesting that the Directors be sanctioned or
request that the directors contribute to the
Creditors fund.
