This document discusses a Very Low Level Operations Coordination Platform (VLLOC Platform) to safely integrate remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) operating at very low levels into the European aviation system. The VLLOC Platform uses standards-based software components and open geospatial consortium standards to provide centralized management, monitoring, and control of very low-level RPAS operations. It allows RPAS stakeholders to overview, approve, reject, or cancel RPAS flights and is presented as an enabler for the safe integration of very low-level RPAS.
