John O. Caezza
President - Access, Transport
& Supplies, ARRIS
With over 35 years of executive and technology experience in the
broadband industry, John Caezza is Senior Vice President of ARRIS’
Access Technologies Business Unit. Since 2001 he had served as a group
President at C-COR and assumed the position of Business Unit President
with ARRIS following its acquisition of C-COR in December 2007.
Prior to joining C-COR in 2001, Mr. Caezza was Vice President and
General Manager of the Broadband Communications Division of ADC
Telecommunications, Inc., with primary responsibilities for strategic product
creation and promotion. Mr. Caezza has also had extensive management
experience with Philips Broadband Networks, Inc., including the position of
Vice President of Engineering for their HFC platforms and Director of
International Sales where he spent extensive time in development of
international markets (including Australia).
Mr. Caezza holds an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Sciences and a
BSEE from Clarkson University with extensive work towards a MBA.

Paul Leung
VP of Sales Engineering
APAC, ARRIS
Holding the position of VP of Sales Engineering with a focus towards
Complex integrated Solutions and Professional Services for customers in
the Asia Pacific region. With over 20 years’ experience in the telecom,
enterprise and MSO industries covering SW Development, Sales and
Technical Support roles.
Leading a sales engineering team with the mandate in establishing ARRIS
as a leading player in the networking, video software, Assurance, and
professional services domain. Instrumental recently in developing solutions
for ARRIS customers including HFC networks, Enterprise Fibre rollout,
Neighborhood Wireless solutions to expand operator coverage and
deployments of Network and video assurance solutions on nationwide
networks.
