3. WWF: Our institute has registered in World Wisdom Global Challenge 2021, it’s
an attempt to provide our students with experiences where they can nurture
their concern towards conservation of wild-life and understand the importance
of bio-diversity and Mother Nature. 80% of the total eligible students registered
for the programme and almost 100% attendance were there in the virtual
seminars.

7. INSPECTION OF JOINT DIRECTOR
After the decision of opening school for students by
honorable State Government, Our school was inspected by a
team from Bastar Division (Education) office headed by Miss
Bharti Madam. Very next Day respected District Collector, Shri
Ritesh Agrawal Sir along with DEO, Shri Pramod Thakur Sir
inspected the School premises thoroughly.

9. PARENTS TEACHER MEETING
Parents-Teacher meeting works as a connection link between
parents and teachers. The union of the teachers feedback and
parents concern can immensely help a child’s education journey.
10. Meeting of SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND
DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (SMDC)
On 29th of July we conducted the meeting of School management
and development committee, main agenda was reopening of
school, Committee decided to open schools for X and XII class and
for other class we decided to wait for some more days until
positivity rate comes down below 1% for 7 consecutive days.
SMDC inspected expenditure of all the grants received.
11. SANITIZATION OF CLASSROOMS
As per the decision taken in School
Management and Development
Committee meeting each and every
precautionary measures regarding
covid-19 were ensured.

After almost more than one
and half year, when school
reopen it was like festival for
kids also.

17. OFFLINE CLASSES FOR PRIMARY AND 10TH ,12TH STUDENTS
Regular classes at the school
premises started with 50%
attendance of Classes I to V, VIII, X
and XII, simultaneously we go for
online classes for the rest of the
students and remaining classes.

GAMES
The first bagless day was fully dedicated to tribal events and
local games.The main attraction of this traditional games was
that children did not need any special instruments.
These game encourages the children to utilize the maximum
of their local resources.

21. World indigenous day
International Day of World’s Indigenous People is commemorated on the
9th of August every year. It is a day that makes people worldwide aware
of the rights of the world’s indigenous population. The celebration of this
day is to recognize the various contributions and achievements that the
native people have made for the sake of the world.
22. NATIONAL LIBRARY DAY
On the birth anniversary of S.R. Rangnathan (father of
library science), librarian Mohsina Begam and Principal
Amit Gandharla interacted with the students and told
the importance of READING HABIT & LIBRARY.

lighting was organized among the staff
of our school.
24. INDEPENDENCE DAY
It’s solely to pay respect to selfless service
to nation.
Soldiers, Front line Covid warriors- Health
workers, Cleaning Workers etc.

AWARD DISTRIBUTION
Certificate and prizes were distributed in the presence of Mr.
Shankar Kudiyam (President) Zilla Panchayat Bijapur, Mr.
Purushottam Sallur (SMDC President representative), Mr
Pramod Thakur DEO-Bijapur, Mr. Jakhir Khan BEO-Bijapur to
acknowledge participants perseverance to win.
