Position: Account & Project Manager
Account Manager- Provided top quality customer support to our client base;
consisting of Vehicle Manufacturers (Volkswagen SA, Daimler Chrysler, General
Motors SA) and their Local and International Suppliers. I signed up new Suppliers
to our Web and EDI systems each week, provided training, created User Manuals,
and assisted with any technical or user issues.
Project Manager- Engaged with clients to discover needs, scope, plan, cost and
execute either EDI solutions or new System Builds. I worked with the Development
team to ensure time and design adherence, and was responsible for testing before
going live with projects.
Sole provider of 24/7 support for a custom JIT system at Volkswagen SA - a
Production Critical supply call-off system ensuring no delays to the manufacturing
line.
