1. Location Release
Having full authority to do so, I hereby grant __ _____

the purposes of photographing and recording scenes for the production

Permission includes, but is not limited to, the right to bring cast, crew,
equipment, props and temporary sets onto the premises for the time
specified. I understand that all items brought onto the premises will be
removed at the end of the production period and that the location will be
fully returned to its original condition.
