Dark Arts Production is granted exclusive rights to use and occupy premises described in the contract for the purpose of filming their movie "Senseless". The contract allows Dark Arts Production access to the premises to construct sets and film scenes from December 2017 to January 2018. Dark Arts Production is responsible for leaving the premises in the same condition and will cover any damages caused during filming. The owner grants Dark Arts Production rights to use footage from the premises in their movie and online platforms.
1. Film Location Contract
1. The ownerherebygrantsto Dark Arts Productionthe exclusiverightstouse tooccupy the
premisesgenerally described asfollows:

For the purpose of the preparationandproduction of the filmtitled‘Senseless’the productionfor
AdvancedPortfolioMediaCoursework.
The rights hereingrantedinclude the rightsof accesstoand egressfromthe PremisesforDarkArts
Productiondirectors/equipmentforthe purpose of constructing,maintaininganddismantling
temporaryphotography/filming,setsandstructuresand/orrecordingsoundforsuchscenesas Dark
Arts Productionmaydesire.
2. The Ownerwarrants thatthe Owneristhe ownerof the agent of the Premises,whichthe
Ownerisfullyauthorisedtoenterintothisagreementand hasthe rightto grant Dark Arts
Productionthe use of and occupancyof the Premisesandeachandall the rightsherein
granted.
3. Dark Arts Productionmaytake possessionof the PremisesonoraboutDecember2017/
January2018 and may continue tountil the completionof photographingandrecording.
Estimatedtorequire about1 weekof shooting.If weatherorotherconditionsare not
favourable forthe productiononcertaindates,the date shall be postponed.The possession
of the premiseswill be exclusive andproductionandforfilmingpurposesonly.
4. Dark Arts Productionmayat any time electnottouse the Premisesbygivingthe Owner
writtennotice,
5. In the eventDarkArts Productiondesirestophotographretakesoraddedscenes,DarkArts
Productionmay re-enteranduse the Premises.
6. Dark Arts Productionshall leavethe premisesinasgoodconditionaswhenitwasbefore
takingpossession.The Premisesshall be deemedreturnedinasatisfactorycondition.
7. Dark Arts Productionshall coverandholdthe Ownerharmlessfromandagainstanyand all
damage and liabilityforinjuryof personsandordamage/destructionof the Premisesorthe
propertyof the Owneron the PremisescausedbyDarkArts Production’snegligence
occurringduringDark Arts Production’suse of the Premises.
8. The OwnerherebygrantsDark Arts Productionthe irrevocablerightstouse the
photographs,films,andotherrecordingsof the PremisestakenbyDarkArtsproduction
hereunderinconnectionwithAdvancedPortfolioMediaCourseworkwhich will be uploaded
ontoYouTube and othersocial mediaplatforms-potentiallystreamedbymembersof the
public.The rightshereingrantedincludethe righttophotographfilmandotherwisemake
recordingsof anykindof all structuresandsignslocatedon the Premises.
9. Thisis the entire agreementandmaynot be alteredinanyway exceptbyan instrumentin
writingsignedbyparties.NootherauthorisationisnecessarytoenableDarkArtsProduction
to use the Premisesforthe purposeshereincontemplated.
