• In 1832 a man called Joseph Antoine Ferdinand Plateau designed a
disc which when spun will make the illusion they the image is moving.

3. Where did it originate from?
• Its was originally from Belgium. In the same year there was a man in
astria who had also made a Phenakistoscope but had names it a
stroboscope.

• The way it works is there is some images which are painted on a disc.
The images are in a sequence which in motion flow and creates and
animation.
