1. Russell M. Williams
377 Penrod Road
Troy MO 63379
With a combination of entrepreneurial spirit, military discipline, and the ability to work well
both in and with teams in a corporate setting, I am looking for a position where a company
and I may meet and exceed our goals. Throughout my work history, I have learned various
skills necessary to the job, but the most important and valued lessons are the lessons of hard
work, learning as much as possible, and treating co-workers and clients fairly and with
respect.
2011—Present Dacx Enterprise LLC/Cable Equipment Services LLC
Starting as a contractor, I soon became manager for a small area of St.
Louis. My numbers grew, and so did the size of my territory and the
number of contractors working with me. Today, my market collects more
equipment than any other in the USA. As Manager for the St. Louis
market, I am wholly responsible for day-to-day and long-term strategic
planning and implementation, contractor training and retention, route and
equipment tracking, and all the duties of running a small business. This
2. market has been recently chosen as the beta test market for a new app-
based equipment recovery method, and I am learning a new skill set while
keeping the market running.
2008—2011 J. Miller Company, St Louis MO
2004—2008 Red Bird Ready Mix, St. Louis MO
Driving a ready mix truck or a commercial dump truck to job sites
throughout the greater St. Louis area, I delivered or removed concrete in
a safe and timely manner, with no tickets and no violations.
2002—2003 P.A.M. Transport, Tonitown AR
While working for this long-distance hauling company, I drove for
approximately 94,000 miles across the country. My responsibilites
included knowing and following all state and federal laws; I had no
accidents and no moving violations.
1998—2002 RPS/FedEx Ground, Hazelwood MO
Delivery Driver/Independent Contractor for delivery of domestic and
foreign packages on a daily route of 150 to 200 miles daily. I had a safe
driving record, and was always rated as highly courteous, and precise for
my deliveries.
1997—1998 Book Gallery, Florissant MO
Sales Associate/Assistant Manager for a small independent bookstore
specializing in comics, and science fiction/fantasy books and collectibles.
Responsibilities included customer assistance, inventory auditing, control,
and ordering. I also was responsible for daily paperwork. While there, I
saw implementation of my very successful idea of a sales presence at the
area's shows and cons (conventions) where I would set up and man a
booth with a cross-section of the store's most popular items.
1996—1997 Papa John's Pizza, Black Jack, Dellwood and Florissant MO
3. While hired as a delivery driver, I soon advanced to Assistant Manager. I
was responsible for staff management, customer service, product quality
control, time management, scheduling, product ordering, business
paperwork and basic business bookkeeping. I expanded the bottom line
by successfully bidding and initiating a monthly “Pizza Day” for the entire
Ferguson-Florissant School District.
