We decided on a glass vs plastic greenhouse since glass give you better control over humidity, light and temperature. By controlling all these element the pepper produces a thick, strong skin which add more shelf life for our customer and creates a beautiful, high quality pepper.
New plants
All water used his purified onsite and only once the water is purified we add all necessary nutrient required to create the ideal combination for the peppers. The soil is also recycled by passing through different Ultra violet machines to clean the soil and to detect any missing nutrient required before re-using.
Every year we test new variety of peppers and explore all avenues to create a better pepper.
Each plant is fed individually.
All our peppers can be supplied with bar code stickers for easy scanning.

By bagging the peppers you can add 7 to 10 days of shelf life since the peppers stays hydrated.
Green Cabbage Field. 250 Acres will be dedicated to cabbage in the 2008 season.
Red Cabbage. Our cabbage success starts with disease free transplants. Greenhouse grown cabbage plants placed on drip irrigation allows us to enter the market place early.
