2. Power Point´s caracteristics
• POWER POINT´S PARTUCULIARITY: it is going to give
you a lot of opcions of all the tools an you´ll can
modificate all of the slide.
• DISPLAY´S MODES:
 NORMAL: is active, that is in the left panel and you can
activate and work with it.
SLIDE SORTER: you can use it for some operations with the
slides, and you can to colocate it with the way that you
want

3. How can we create a presentation?
• First of all we have to activate the mode: presentation with
a slide.
• Later, you are going to see the slide that is going to be in all
the screen
• You can modificate the mode and the slides, you are going
to modificate it depends of the presentation that you are
going to realize
• The last point is the simpler step. Now, you can start to
write and to start yor presentation.

4. How we can modificate the slides?
• To put and to put of slides.
 You have to click the opcion: New Slide, that
opcion is inside of the opcion: insert.
And if you want to put of a slide you have to
selectionate this slide and later you have to
click: supr

5. Easy things to modificate your
presentation
• If you click insert you can to insert a lot of
things like: images, videos, grafics, tables, text
boxes, artist letters, flims…
• If you click pattern you can to modificate the
patten of the slide and modificate the color.
• If you click animations you can to modificate
the transitions.

6. To put objects on the slides
• You have to click on shapes and yo will insert a
lot of types if shapes like this:
• To insert tables: you have to click on insert and
later on table

7. To insert sounds and videos
• To insert a sound you have to click on insert
and later on audio:
• To insert a video you have to follow the same
process but you have to click on video
