1. · FINAL TASK: Recipe of a typical spanish dish.
·Title: Sopaipas.
·Server: 6 people.
·Course:Breakfast or snack.
·Ingredients:
·600 g. Common flour.
·12 ml. of water.
·1 teaspoon of salt.
·1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate.
·Extra virgin olive oil.
·Elaboration:
Mix the flour with the bicarbonate in a bowl and pour the water mixture.
Mix with a spoon until all is integrated and there is a dough that does not stick to the bowl.
We take it to a smooth and floured surface and knead a few minutes.
Put it back in a bowl and cover it until the volume is doubled. (approximately 1 hour).
We make small dumplings and flatten them with a roller, which are finite.
We put the oil to fry and when it is hot we are putting the dough portions. Swell when
frying.
Brown on both sides, taking care not to toast. We take them to a plate and then we pass
them to another with kitchen paper to absorb all the excess oil.
We serve them fresh.
