• Responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of the Parent Company’s General Ledger, and
month-end closings. This included daily cash reconciliation for all Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA)
statements and monthly accruals.
• Prepared various financial reports and reviews on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis:
Prepared monthly internal financial statements (Month-In-Review) reporting package including
commentary and supplemental disclosures. Also, analyzed monthly Statement of Changes and Income
Statement activity during the month-end close process.
Completed reconciliation and substantiations of numerous corporate general ledger accounts.
Prepared the Statement of Changes in Stockholders’ Equity and the Parent Company annual footnote
(balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) for the 10K and 10Q. Also, responsible for the share
disclosure for the preferred stock, common stock, and Treasury Stock in the 10K and 10Q. Adhered to
Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control and documentation standards.

Prepared bi-weekly and monthly reconciliation of Common Stock shares with the Office of the

the OCI roll up correctly in the Consolidated Firm.
2. Responsible for the month-end equity pickup and monthly reconciliation of the Parent Investment
and the Subs Equity. Reconciled the parent’s investment to the subsidiary’s capital each month and
investigate breaks. Parent Investments included the net income, dividends, return of capital and
capital infusions
Prepared quarterly external FRY-9 LP –Setup Excel retrieved schedules in BPC/SAP general ledger for
the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and memorandums. Provide quarter-to-quarter P&L
and SOC variance analysis.
Responsible for month-end close process and year-end closings.
Financial Officer (1995 – 2007)
• Accountable for the daily update of the Parent Company’s General Ledger, month-end closings, including
daily cash release and ledger entry.
• Approved and released daily funds for payments to vendors.

• Significantly contributed to the implementation of the new Cash Management System which involved the
establishment of controls, design of numerous financial reports and creation of spreadsheets.
