Based on my first hand observation, of his performance over the past 5 years, Rookie did
an excellent job in his position during his tenure with Patterson. He had excellent written
and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently and is
able to effectively multi task multiple critical projects to completion.

 Total recordable Incident Rate was reduced from a 2.2 TRIR to 0.32 TRIR.
 Created and implemented a H2S training program
 Successfully conducted detail root cause analysis and investigation to implement
sustainable measures to prevent injuries
