This is in regards to Jason Haught whom currently holds the position of Pest Control
Advisor for Wonderful Orchards for the last 11 years. Jason has been an employee of mine
during those 11 years where he is perceived as a valued team member and works well
individually. Jason shows the drive to succeed and accomplishes his goals and strategies.
He has a strong agronomic background where he holds a CCA license and signs off on my
entire nitrogen management program. Jason is also a president of the local chapter of
CAPCA where he has developed strong professional relationships which benefits
Wonderful Orchards. Jason has also attended and is active in our internal leadership
programs designed to enhance the qualities for our next leaders.
Jason works very closely with our purchasing department in bidding and securing
materials that fit our agronomic profile. His knowledge and experience has led him to be a
mentor for some of our new pest control advisors. Jason works closely with the University
of California and other collaborative research companies including IR-4 in developing and
maintaining trials that our vital to our company success. Jason has strong budgeting and
management skills, he is reliable and accountable, and he understands how to manage our
large acreage.
