We only look for 3 main qualities when we hire at Rally Marketing. Are they humble, hungry and smart? And also a bit of a misfit... If they meet these, we know they'll fit in culturally. 1) Are they humble? Meaning to they have little ego and give credit more than accept it. They need to focus on the team before themselves. 2) Are they hungry? If they have a strong work ethic and get sh*t done. 3) Are they smart? And not intellectually but inner-personally. They need to understand group dynamics and know how to read a room. Everyone will be deficient in one of these. the importance is if they recognize which one. For example, I'm not the most humble person in the world (SHOCKER).
