To Whom It May Concern:
Rod was Engineering Director at Trolex Ltd from June 2014 to June 2016,
responsible for our technical strategy, product development, certifications and
approvals and production engineering functions, as well as contributing to the
strategic direction and development of the company.
Rod is a highly intelligent, very likeable, skilled and organised individual, with
the ability to identify and bring in other highly skilled and effective performers
to create coherent teams. He is able to integrate quickly at a high level and
utilises his considerable experience and wisdom to make and influence excellent
strategic decisions that are of great value to the future of the business.
His ability to communicate well and present a coherent explanation of complex
technical issues means that he is exceptional in his dealings with customers,
partners, external stakeholders and approval authorities and he allies this ability
with a strong grasp of good process and light-touch control mechanisms for
projects and teams.
