At the top we can see the
band’s name, ‘Oasis’,
written in the typical font,
which their demographic
have grown to know.
Oasis’ ‘Lord don’t slow
me down’ was a
‘Rockumentary’ (Rock
documentary) released by
the band in October 2007.
Below the advert we can
see the original artwork
for the DVD. The advert
version of the artwork
has a black box (shown to
the right) with
information about the
DVD and how to order it.
As we can see the advert
artwork has been edited
from the original artwork.
For example we can see
different signs through
out the artwork
containing different
quotes but in the advert
they have been edited to
have information about
the DVD ‘ BONUS AUDI
FILM COMMENTARY BY
THE BAND’, ‘FAN
GALLERIES ON LIVE
DVD’. The title of the DVD
is written in a bright yellow font in attempt to catch the
audience’s eye and draw them into the advert. The bands
website (OASISNET.COM) has been printed twice on the
advert, once inside the black box at the top of the advert and
once in the bottom left hand side of the advert, the website
had been printed twice in ensure that the audience actually
see it and in attempt to make them visit the site, they’d be
more likely to visit is if they see the link regularly, also in
bottom left hand side there is the name the record label (Big
Brother ®), which helped produce the DVD Included in the
artwork we see the 4 members of the band, with the front
man, Liam Gallagher at the front, his brother who is also the
guitarist and songwriter, Noel Gallagher, behind him on the
