3. WHO WERE OUR SAMPLE GROUP?
Ten volunteers recruited by email inviting to take part in…
“training program usually reserved for elite athletes being trialled in a corporate
setting.”
Nine XYZ Law (Cairns) employees participated
(one did not commence)
Cross section of staff (HR, commercial, IT, operations, associates).
Average age ~ 25
4. DELIVERING THE NEUROTRACKER
TRAINING PROGRAM
20 minutes per day for each participant allocated
1 – 2 Individual Neurotracker sessions per day (7 ½ min each)
Varying due to training for each varying session, employees
availability, elaborated discussions
Participants seated 2m from 76 inch 3D projection screen
Eyes level with fixation point at centre of display
With 3D glasses, visually follow 3-4 target balls for 8 seconds while
4 distractor balls seek to take your attention off the target balls.
Correctly identify 4 targets, next trial faster. Incorrectly identify
targets, next trial is slower. 20 trials per session.
