CRIME IN EACH AREA.
DATA ON SPECIFIC AMENITIES,
SUCH AS TYPE OF BEDS,
NUMBER OF BATHROOMS,
ETC. COULD HAVE BEEN
INCLUDED FOR A POTENTIALLY
MORE EXHAUSTIVE ANALYSIS.
