price of each neighborhood.

greater the price tends to be in a
New York AirBnB

HAVE BEEN INCLUDED TO
DETERMINE THE PRICE OF AN
AIRBNB IN NEW YORK VERSUS
THE LOCATION, WITH A
SPECIFIC LOOK AT OVERALL
CRIME IN EACH AREA.
DATA ON SPECIFIC AMENITIES,
SUCH AS TYPE OF BEDS,
NUMBER OF BATHROOMS,
ETC. COULD HAVE BEEN
INCLUDED FOR A POTENTIALLY
MORE EXHAUSTIVE ANALYSIS.
