Abstract
In this paper, a low-cost ultrasonic radar system based on Arduino microcontroller was
developed. It utilizes ultrasonic sensors to detect the object in range and passes the information
to the Arduino microcontroller. When an object is detected, two sets of alarms are triggered.
Graphical display on a computer screen was used to illustrate this design. The graphical display
uses the position of the detected object on the computer screen to send visual alarm on LED
(Light Emitting Diode) screen. Sound alarm can also be sent via an audio buzzer. Adjusting the
rotation of a servo motor allows the sensor to detect objects in range between 0 and 150˚. Objects
up to 40 cm away from the ultrasonic sensor can be detected. The prototype of the design was
implemented and coding for Arduino microcontroller was developed. Experimental results show
that the system can detect objects with the specified range (40 cm away from the ultrasonic
sensor) and alarm was successfully triggered.

Abstract
A patch antenna can easily be manufactured and introduced at an acceptable expense, which
makes it reasonable for cutting edge telecommunication and remote gadget applications in order
to acquire new antennas. The objective of this paper is to get the suitable substrate material that
delivers good antenna performance at a particular frequency considering three substrates for the
design and analysis of rectangular patch antenna. Coaxial feeding with 50Ω impedance was used
to acquire the antenna design parameters for selected three substrate materials. Height of three
substrates was taken 2mm. The simulations are executed in ANSYS HFSS software.

Abstract
Coal mining plays a very important role in most of the developing countries to meet the energy
demands, But the same time the mining industry is facing many problems which mainly include
the mine workers' safety. The underground mine environment is especially complex. The
emissions of toxic gasses like methane and carbon monoxide always occur in coal mines. The
concentration of these gasses above safety threshold level creates risk to the mine workers health
and life. Hence a continuous monitoring of such values is necessary. If the environment is so
harsh beyond working conditions, the alert messages can be informed to take control measures
and keep safety standards. Coal machinery equipment plays an important role in the process of
coal mining. It is of great significance for its safe, stable, reliable and healthy operation to carry
out the research on data monitoring methods of coal machinery equipment. Coal is one of the
important fuels used for electricity generation, steel production, cement manufacturing and as a
liquid fuel, also to produce syngas by gasification process. A large population in the world
depends on these coal mine industries for its livelihood. For this, they have to work in various
dangerous conditions in the coal mine.

Electrical Engineering Department, MET BKC IOE, Nashik, Maharashtra, India
Abstract
Li-Fi stands for Light Fidelity. The technology is very new and was proposed by the German
physicist Herald Haas in 2011 TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) Global Talk on Visible
Light Communication (VLC). Li-Fi is a wireless optical networking technology that uses light
emitting diodes (LEDs) for transmission of data. The term Li-Fi refers to visible light
communication (VLC) technology that uses light as medium to deliver high-speed
communication in a manner similar to Wi-Fi. This paper focuses on Li-Fi, its applications, Data
transfer (Analog data and Digital Data) features and comparison with existing technologies like
Wi-Fi etc. Wi-Fi is of major use for general wireless coverage within building, whereas Li-Fi is
ideal for high density wireless data coverage in confined area and especially useful for
applications in areas where radio interference issues are of concern, so the two technologies can
be considered complimentary. Li-Fi provides better bandwidth, efficiency, connectivity and
security than Wi-Fi and has already achieved high speeds larger than 1 Gbps under the
laboratory conditions. By leveraging the low-cost nature of LEDs and lighting units, there are
lots of opportunities to exploit this medium. Li-Fi is the transfer of data through light by taking
fiber out of fiber optics and sending data through LED light bulb.

Deep IRDI Algorithm

Abstract
Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is very important task having numerous applications in
the remote sensing field. Many methods have been proposed in the recent years. Image
histogram gives primarily the global description of the image. It basically shows major
landforms but not the minute one or cannot identify the minor one. So, the major problem
occurred is Image retrieval problem is the problem of searching and retrieving images that are
most relevant. The images taken from the satellite with different angle or with different
resolution at different time of day, this study led us in the new era of retrieval techniques for
remotely sensed images or satellite images by development of a hybrid solution which will
explore the multiple semantics present in a remotely sensed image. The basic concept behind this
is Hyperspectral of imaging which is the blend of two new technologies: Spectroscopy and
imaging. In this technology, an image is acquired over the visible and near-infrared (or infrared)
wavelengths. Hyperspectral images are composed of spectral pixels, corresponding to a spectral
signature (or spectrum) of the corresponding spatial region. A spectral pixel is a pixel that
records the entire measured spectrum of the imaged spatial point. The big advantage of hyper
spectral imaging is the ability to characterize the inherent chemical properties of a sample. This
is achieved by measuring the spectral response of the sample, i.e., the spectral pixels collected
from the sample. After successful implementation user can investigate the performance of
multistage and multiangle Remote Sensed Images (Hyperspectral (HSI) and Synthetic Aperture
Radar (SAR) images) on classification and retrieval. In addition to this the user also analyze
performance of feature point registration for the selected training samples. And can hybridize the
classification and retrieval process by combining low-level and high-level features of HSI/SAR
images.

A study on basics of Quantum Computing

Abstract
Quantum Computation represents an important change of paradigm, where the concept of bit
gets transformed into a quantum bit, or qubit, which affords for an enormous information
storage and processing capacity. The fact that Information is insensitive to exactly how it is
expressed and can be freely translated from one form to another, makes it an obvious candidate
for fundamentally important roles in physics, like interaction, energy, momentum and other such
abstracts. Quantum physics describe the behavior of fundamental particles like electron
and photons. Quantum computers operate by controlling the behavior of these particles but in a
way that is completely different from regular computers. They make use of Quantum-mechanical
phenomena such as superposition and entanglement to perform computation. The resulting
computation is thought to be a viable alternative for High Complexity Problems, too hard to
address in classical computation, with or without acceleration. However, the companies which
are heavily investing in this new technology such as Google, IBM, Rigetti, Intel, IonQ, and
Xanadu follow diverse technological approaches. This has led to a situation where various
methods for realizing the intended quantum functionality on a given quantum computing device
are available. This paper provides a very basic mathematical basis into the domain of Quantum
computing and describes the various physical realizations that are pursued in the current state of
field.

Abstract
Search and Rescue is an important sector, its importance is magnified by the recent increase in
natural calamities caused due to global warming. Though a lot of new technologies have been
integrated into the present Search and Rescue architecture there still are many obstacles that
reduce the efficiency of this integration. Edge computing is a branch of artificial intelligence that
aims at decentralizing the computing from a central server and taking it closer to the edge. This
article reviews the scope of implementing edge computing into a search and rescue operation. It
also notes the various problems that can be resolved using edge computing while illustrating the
present literature available on the topic. The article also identifies open research issues in the

Abstract
The functional purpose of a GPU then, is to provide a separate dedicated graphics resources,
including a graphics processor and memory, to relieve some of the burden off of the main system
resources, namely the Central Processing Unit, Main Memory, and the System Bus, which would
otherwise get saturated with graphical operations and I/O requests. The abstract goal of a GPU,
however, is to enable a representation of a 3D world as realistically as possible. So these GPUs
are designed to provide additional computational power that is customized specifically to
perform these 3D tasks.

Abstract
Maternal health is concerned with the health and well-being of women, especially during
pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing. This article primarily focused on data collected from
women ranging in age from 15 to 60 years old, which was normalized using quantile
transformation and polynomial feature approaches. In this paper, we used supervised and
unsupervised machine learning techniques such as Adaboosting, Random Forest, Gradient
Boosting, and Decision Tree to complete MH classification. By combining these techniques with
a combination of ANN and GridSearchCV and using the yperparameter tuning method, we
achieved a higher accuracy of 84 percent. The results strongly suggest using the SVM classifier
with the quantile transform with polynomial feature and ANN GridSearchCV for the risk factor
of maternal health.

Abstract
This paper presents a real-time video-based pointing method that allows sketching and writing of
English text over air in front of a camera. The proposed method tracks the colored fingertip in
the video frames and Here Color Detection and tracking is used in order to achieve the objective.
The color marker is detected and a mask is produced. It includes the further steps of
morphological operations on the mask produced which are Erosion and Dilation. Erosion reduces
the impurities present in the mask and dilation further restores the eroded main mask. Writing in
the air has been one of the most fascinating and challenging research areas in the field of image
processing and pattern recognition in recent years. It contributes immensely to the advancement
of an automation process and can improve the interface between man and machine in numerous
applications. Several research works have been focusing on new techniques and methods that
would reduce the processing time while providing higher recognition accuracy. Object tracking
is considered an important task within the field of Computer Vision. The inventions of faster
computers, availability of inexpensive and good quality video cameras, and demands of
automated video analysis have given popularity to object tracking techniques. Generally, the
video analysis procedure has three major steps: firstly, detecting the object, secondly tracking its
movement from frame to frame, and lastly analyzing the behavior of that object. For object
tracking, four different issues are taken into account; selection of suitable object representation,
feature selection for tracking, objects detection, and object tracking. In the real world, Object
tracking algorithms are the primary part of different applications such as automatic surveillance,
video indexing, vehicle navigation, etc. The project takes advantage of this gap and focuses on
developing a motion-to-text converter that can potentially serve as software for intelligent
wearable devices for writing from the air. This project is a reporter of occasional gestures.

Abstract
Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is most common disease in older adults caused of dementia. Its
preliminary stages Mild Cognitive Impairments (MCIs) are the fastest growing
neurodegenerative disorders characterized by progressive loss of cognitive function. Advance
detection of AD patients can be obtain by their Electroencephalogram (EEG) signals, which
appears to be a non-invasive and repeatable technique. EEG of AD patients shows a slowing
down of the EEG rhythm, perturbation of synchrony, and reduction in complexity. This work
aims to achieve an automatic AD patient classification using EEG signals to assist doctors or
practitioners in the right diagnosis formation. In this framework, we apply the time-frequency
analysis using Wavelet Packet Transform (WPT) on EEG signals from 12-AD patients and 11-
Healthy controlled (HC) subjects at Relatives Association of Alzheimer’s Patient’s Valladolid

different approaches support vector machine, multi-layer perceptron neural network, k-nearest
neighbors, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and AdaBoost based on supervised and unsupervised
machine learning classifiers have employed and compared. Experimental results revealed
accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, the area under the curve, and f1-score of 99.90%, 98.08%,
97.45%, 99.8%, and 97.42% respectively using the SVM classifier.

Abstract
In the current scenario, controlling traffic in crowded areas has now become very difficult for
the traffic police. This paper will be introducing the initial steps in the implementation of the
Intelligent Traffic Congestion Control System, based on MicroLogix Programmable Logic
Control (PLC) technology. The PLC is a device that can be used to automatically regulate
congestion problems. The system maintains a record of how many vehicles are in each lane
and uses that information to manage traffic. By using sensor and counting operation, it will
count the number of vehicles and provide prioritized signals based on their count. For
executing this concept, PLC based control system is used for monitoring and helping in
improving public transportation services.

Abstract
UAVs have gained lot of popularity over past decade as technology has advanced and motors
have become cheaper. This has allowed them to be used in many commercial sectors such as
photography, film making, surveillance& even delivery systems. In this proposed system we
are using DJI tell drone equipped with high quality video processors & Intel Microcontroller
as Drone’s Flight control board. The aim of this project is to develop a system that uses hand
gestures as a method to control the flight using applications of Computer vision. For
programming python language is used with Pycharm as IDE. Computer vision can be used
for gesture detection and object recognition. Computer vision based methods rely on the
ability of a drone’s camera to capture surrounding images and use pattern recognition to
translate images to meaningful and/or actionable information. The proposed
framework involves a few key parts toward an ultimate action to be taken. They are: image
segregation from the video streams of front camera, creating robust and reliable image
recognition based on segregated images, and finally conversion of classified gestures into
actionable drone movement, such as takeoff, landing, hovering and so forth. For this project
we need to install DJI Tellopy & OpenCV libraries using pip installation in python.

Abstract
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, wearing a mask is mandatory in public spaces, as properly
wearing a mask offers a maximum preventive effect against viral transmission. Body
temperature has also become an important consideration in determining whether an
individual is healthy. In this work, we design a real-time deep learning model to meet current
demand to detect the mask-wearing position and head temperature of a person before he or
she enters a public space. In this experiment, we use a deep learning object detection method
to create a mask position and head temperature detector using an Arduino and temperature
sensor. We implement an RGB camera and temperature sensor to generate input images and
capture a person’s temperature, respectively. The output of these experiments is a live video
that carries accurate information about whether a person is wearing a mask properly and what
his or her head temperature is or is it below threshold temperature or not if it is above then
door will not open and indicator Red led will blink with the beep of buzzer or if its below the

Abstract
The energy cost has been constantly increasing to produce the quality power. The
conservation and efficient management of energy has become very important to keep the
industry productive, profitable and competitive. Paper deals with identification of online theft
that prevails on distribution line. Here we check difference in total input power supplied and
sum of individual power supplied to the customers to identify theft online. Here used
microcontroller based system to detect power theft. Making the use of current transformer
and a potential transformer we can measure power at both the points and taking the difference
between the two we can say that theft has occurred or not. Also if any customer will use
excess load than that of sanction load we can give warning message. Utility companies in
India estimate that electricity theft costs them over a billion US dollars in annual revenues.
The purpose of this work is to provide an algorithm for the design of electricity theft
monitoring system which allows violators to be detected at a remote location. It begins with
the analysis of losses in electrical power systems. The bulk of these losses are caused by
electricity theft, rather than other possibilities such as poor maintenance and calculation and
accounting mistakes, though some power systems may suffer from both. Other aspects
discussed include the various forms of theft practices, methodology for detection of theft,
generating the theft case algorithm using the backtracking algorithm method and
communicating these data from the consumer premises to the substation using the existing
power lines. Appropriate conclusions and recommendations were given from the information
gather.

Abstract
In this present era, wireless data transmission techniques are commonly is used in electronic
devices. For powering them connection needs to be made to the power supply through wires
else power maybe supplied from the batteries. Batteries require charging, replacement and
other maintenance efforts so, some alternative methods need to be developed to keep the
batteries full time charged and to avoid the need of any consumable external source to charge
the batteries. To resolve such problems, energy harvesting technique are proposed as a best
alternative. There exists number of energy harvesting techniques but mechanical energy
harvesting happens to be more prominent. This technique utilizes piezoelectricity as an
alternate energy source. The motive is the obtain a pollution free energy source and to utilize
and optimize the energy being wasted. In this work, we are going to design a setup that
contains few piezoelectric sensors that will be able to generate sufficient amount of voltage
by the application strain on them. In this project, we will use piezo crystal in the devices
which go through vibrations during their functioning. The project will be designed such that

Abstract
This paper is about designing Smart Heart Rate Monitor System Using Microcontroller
(ATtiny85). The concept design of the system is consisted of blood pressure sensors,
microcontroller, a bluetooth module and Smartphone. The blood pressure level is measured
by a blood pressure sensor then the information is sent through a wire technology to the
microcontroller. The microcontroller gets information then processes it and calculates the
BPM. The microcontroller BPM send through a wire technology to the bluetooth module.
The Bluetooth module is already connected with mobile bluetooth through wireless
connection. Bluetooth module sends the information about BPM to mobile Bluetooth. We
will create an application that will take information though mobile Bluetooth and display it
on a mobile screen. If the blood pressure level goes below 70 and above 100, then the
application will automatically send a message to his relative.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has radically affected life for almost everyone around the globe,
and makers are no exception. With everyone being more careful of their interactions with
humans and objects, personal hygiene has taken serious precedence over all other factors in
public space. A lot of public places have hand sanitizers for visitors, but they need to be
manually pressed. Sometimes after using hand sanitizer there is problem of leaking sanitizer
from the public placed hand sanitizer system. Hand sanitizers are usually applied by squirting
the sanitizer liquid when one presses a pump wit hone’s hand. This causes many people to
come into contact with the pump handle,[3] which increases the risk of viral transmission.
Some hand sanitizers on the market are automatically pumped. But sometimes these pumps
got discarded or got damage due to using it forcefully and the system gets collapsed.

system in the locks which again has the possibility of getting exposed and opening the lock.
So, a solution to such problems can be by combining door lock with biometrics. Biometric
verification is any means by which a person can be uniquely identified by evaluating one or
more distinguishing biological traits. Here we will use fingerprint for biometric verification
as it is one such thing which is unique to every individual and the use of fingerprint as the
key to door locks can overcome the security problem of unauthorized people trespassing to
our homes, shops, offices, etc. to a great extent as delicacy in such key is not possible. Also,
this system will not lead to problems like losing keys because we do not require carrying
keys if this system is used instead of traditional locks. So, using Arduino we will try to
implement the system with features which will increase the security level.

Abstract
During summers, most people are too lazy to water the plants. Watering systems ease the
burden of getting water to plants when they need it. Knowing when and how much to water is
two important aspects of watering process. To make the gardener works easily, the automatic
plant watering system is created. There have a various type using automatic watering system
that are by using sprinkler system, tube, nozzles and other. This project uses watering sp
rankle system because it can water the plants located in the pots. This project uses Arduino
board, which consists of ATmega328 Microcontroller. It is programmed in such a way that it
will sense the moisture level of the plants and supply the water if required. This type of
system is often used for general plant care as part of caring for small and large gardens.
Normally, the plants need to be watered twice daily, morning and evening. So, the
microcontroller has to be coded to water the plants in the greenhouse about two times per
day. People enjoy plants, their benefits and the feeling related to nurturing them. However for
most people it becomes challenging to keep them healthy and alive.

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to provide an automatic railway gate at a level Crossing
replacing the gates operated by the gatekeeper. It deals with two things. Firstly, it Deals with
the reduction of time for which the gate is being kept closed, and secondly, to Provide safety
to the road users by reducing the accidents. By the presently existing system Once the train
leaves the station the stationmaster informs the gatekeeper about the arrival of the train
through the telephone. Once the gatekeeper receives the information, the closes the Gate
depending on the timing at which the train arrives. Hence, if the train is late due to certain
Reasons, then gate remain closed for a long time causing traffic near the gates. By employing
the automatic railway gate control at the level crossing the arrival of the train is detected by
the sensor placed near to the gate. Hence, the time for which it is closed is less compared to
the manually operated gates and also reduces the human labor. This type of gates can be
employed in an unmanned level crossing where the chances of accidents are higher and
Reliable operation is required. Since, the operation is automatic; error due to manual
operation Is prevented. Automatic railway gate control is highly economical microcontroller
based Arrangement, designed for use in almost all the unmanned level crossings in the
country.

Fruits and vegetables are dried to enhance storage stability, minimize packaging requirement
and reduce transport weight. Preservation of fruits and vegetables through drying based on
sun and solar drying techniques which cause poor quality and product contamination. ).
Keeping the product fresh is the best way to maintain its nutritional value, but most storage
techniques require low temperatures, which are difficult to maintain throughout the
distribution chain. On the other hand, drying is a suitable alternative for post harvest
management especially in countries like India where exist poorly established low temperature
distribution and handling facilities. Energy consumption and quality of dried products are
critical parameters in the selection of drying process. An optimum drying system for the
preparation of quality dehydrated products is cost effective as it shortens the drying time and
cause minimum damage to the product. To reduce the energy utilization and operational cost

Abstract
Fire incident is a disaster that can potentially cause the loss of life, property damage and
permanent disability to the affected victim. They can also suffer from prolonged
psychological and trauma. Fire fighters are primarily tasked to handle fire incidents, but they
are often exposed to higher risks when extinguishing fire, especially in hazardous
environments such as in nuclear power plant, petroleum refineries and gas tanks. They are
also faced with other difficulties, particularly if fire occurs in narrow and restricted places, as
it is necessary to explore the ruins of buildings and obstacles to extinguish the fire and save
the victim. With high barriers and risks in fire extinguishment operations, technological
innovations can be utilized to assist firefighting. Therefore, this project presents the
development of a firefighting robot that can extinguish fire without the need for fire fighters
to be exposed to unnecessary danger. robot is designed to be flexible in operation compared
to other conventional fire-fighting robot in order to ease small location entry for deeper reach

M.Rakshit Department of E&TC, R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research, Nashik, India Abstract In this paper, a low-cost ultrasonic radar system based on Arduino microcontroller was developed. It utilizes ultrasonic sensors to detect the object in range and passes the information to the Arduino microcontroller. When an object is detected, two sets of alarms are triggered. Graphical display on a computer screen was used to illustrate this design. The graphical display uses the position of the detected object on the computer screen to send visual alarm on LED (Light Emitting Diode) screen. Sound alarm can also be sent via an audio buzzer. Adjusting the rotation of a servo motor allows the sensor to detect objects in range between 0 and 150˚. Objects up to 40 cm away from the ultrasonic sensor can be detected. The prototype of the design was implemented and coding for Arduino microcontroller was developed. Experimental results show that the system can detect objects with the specified range (40 cm away from the ultrasonic sensor) and alarm was successfully triggered. Coal Mines Monitoring And Movement Of Roller Track Using PLC SCADA Aditi Limje, Ashwini Awchar, Purva Wagh, S.P.Agnihotri Department of ECE, R. H. Sapat College of Engineering, Nashik, 05 Abstract Coal mining plays a very important role in most of the developing countries to meet the energy demands, But the same time the mining industry is facing many problems which mainly include the mine workers' safety. The underground mine environment is especially complex. The emissions of toxic gasses like methane and carbon monoxide always occur in coal mines. The concentration of these gasses above safety threshold level creates risk to the mine workers health and life. Hence a continuous monitoring of such values is necessary. If the environment is so harsh beyond working conditions, the alert messages can be informed to take control measures and keep safety standards. Coal machinery equipment plays an important role in the process of coal mining. It is of great significance for its safe, stable, reliable and healthy operation to carry out the research on data monitoring methods of coal machinery equipment. Coal is one of the important fuels used for electricity generation, steel production, cement manufacturing and as a liquid fuel, also to produce syngas by gasification process. A large population in the world depends on these coal mine industries for its livelihood. For this, they have to work in various dangerous conditions in the coal mine. The technology is very new and was proposed by the German physicist Herald Haas in 2011 TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) Global Talk on Visible Light Communication (VLC). Li-Fi is a wireless optical networking technology that uses light emitting diodes (LEDs) for transmission of data. The term Li-Fi refers to visible light communication (VLC) technology that uses light as medium to deliver high-speed communication in a manner similar to Wi-Fi. This paper focuses on Li-Fi, its applications, Data transfer (Analog data and Digital Data) features and comparison with existing technologies like Wi-Fi etc. Wi-Fi is of major use for general wireless coverage within building, whereas Li-Fi is ideal for high density wireless data coverage in confined area and especially useful for applications in areas where radio interference issues are of concern, so the two technologies can be considered complimentary. Li-Fi provides better bandwidth, efficiency, connectivity and security than Wi-Fi and has already achieved high speeds larger than 1 Gbps under the laboratory conditions. By leveraging the low-cost nature of LEDs and lighting units, there are lots of opportunities to exploit this medium. Li-Fi is the transfer of data through light by taking fiber out of fiber optics and sending data through LED light bulb. Sapat College of Engineering, Management Studies and Research, Nashik – 422005, India Abstract Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification is very important task having numerous applications in the remote sensing field. Many methods have been proposed in the recent years. Image histogram gives primarily the global description of the image. It basically shows major landforms but not the minute one or cannot identify the minor one. So, the major problem occurred is Image retrieval problem is the problem of searching and retrieving images that are most relevant. The images taken from the satellite with different angle or with different resolution at different time of day, this study led us in the new era of retrieval techniques for remotely sensed images or satellite images by development of a hybrid solution which will explore the multiple semantics present in a remotely sensed image. The basic concept behind this is Hyperspectral of imaging which is the blend of two new technologies: Spectroscopy and imaging. In this technology, an image is acquired over the visible and near-infrared (or infrared) wavelengths. Hyperspectral images are composed of spectral pixels, corresponding to a spectral signature (or spectrum) of the corresponding spatial region. A spectral pixel is a pixel that records the entire measured spectrum of the imaged spatial point. The big advantage of hyper spectral imaging is the ability to characterize the inherent chemical properties of a sample. This is achieved by measuring the spectral response of the sample, i.e., the spectral pixels collected from the sample. After successful implementation user can investigate the performance of multistage and multiangle Remote Sensed Images (Hyperspectral (HSI) and Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images) on classification and retrieval. In addition to this the user also analyze performance of feature point registration for the selected training samples. And can hybridize the classification and retrieval process by combining low-level and high-level features of HSI/SAR images. Keywords: Deep IRDI, SAR, CNN, HIS

Sapat College of Engineering, College Road, Nashik, 422005, India Abstract Quantum Computation represents an important change of paradigm, where the concept of bit gets transformed into a quantum bit, or qubit, which affords for an enormous information storage and processing capacity. The fact that Information is insensitive to exactly how it is expressed and can be freely translated from one form to another, makes it an obvious candidate for fundamentally important roles in physics, like interaction, energy, momentum and other such abstracts. Quantum physics describe the behavior of fundamental particles like electron and photons. Quantum computers operate by controlling the behavior of these particles but in a way that is completely different from regular computers. They make use of Quantum-mechanical phenomena such as superposition and entanglement to perform computation. The resulting computation is thought to be a viable alternative for High Complexity Problems, too hard to address in classical computation, with or without acceleration. However, the companies which are heavily investing in this new technology such as Google, IBM, Rigetti, Intel, IonQ, and Xanadu follow diverse technological approaches. This has led to a situation where various methods for realizing the intended quantum functionality on a given quantum computing device are available. This paper provides a very basic mathematical basis into the domain of Quantum computing and describes the various physical realizations that are pursued in the current state of field. The proposed method tracks the colored fingertip in the video frames and Here Color Detection and tracking is used in order to achieve the objective. The color marker is detected and a mask is produced. It includes the further steps of morphological operations on the mask produced which are Erosion and Dilation. Erosion reduces the impurities present in the mask and dilation further restores the eroded main mask. Writing in the air has been one of the most fascinating and challenging research areas in the field of image processing and pattern recognition in recent years. It contributes immensely to the advancement of an automation process and can improve the interface between man and machine in numerous applications. Several research works have been focusing on new techniques and methods that would reduce the processing time while providing higher recognition accuracy. Object tracking is considered an important task within the field of Computer Vision. The inventions of faster computers, availability of inexpensive and good quality video cameras, and demands of automated video analysis have given popularity to object tracking techniques. Generally, the video analysis procedure has three major steps: firstly, detecting the object, secondly tracking its movement from frame to frame, and lastly analyzing the behavior of that object. For object tracking, four different issues are taken into account; selection of suitable object representation, feature selection for tracking, objects detection, and object tracking. In the real world, Object tracking algorithms are the primary part of different applications such as automatic surveillance, video indexing, vehicle navigation, etc. The project takes advantage of this gap and focuses on developing a motion-to-text converter that can potentially serve as software for intelligent wearable devices for writing from the air. Sapat College Of Engineering & Management and Research, Nashik, Maharashtra India Abstract The energy cost has been constantly increasing to produce the quality power. The conservation and efficient management of energy has become very important to keep the industry productive, profitable and competitive. Paper deals with identification of online theft that prevails on distribution line. Here we check difference in total input power supplied and sum of individual power supplied to the customers to identify theft online. Here used microcontroller based system to detect power theft. Making the use of current transformer and a potential transformer we can measure power at both the points and taking the difference between the two we can say that theft has occurred or not. Also if any customer will use excess load than that of sanction load we can give warning message. Utility companies in India estimate that electricity theft costs them over a billion US dollars in annual revenues. The purpose of this work is to provide an algorithm for the design of electricity theft monitoring system which allows violators to be detected at a remote location. It begins with the analysis of losses in electrical power systems. The bulk of these losses are caused by electricity theft, rather than other possibilities such as poor maintenance and calculation and accounting mistakes, though some power systems may suffer from both. Other aspects discussed include the various forms of theft practices, methodology for detection of theft, generating the theft case algorithm using the backtracking algorithm method and communicating these data from the consumer premises to the substation using the existing power lines. In this project smart dustbin is built on a microcontroller based platform Arduino Uno board which is interfaced with the Servo motor and ultrasonic sensor.. Once these smart bins are implemented on a large scale, by replacing our traditional bins present today, waste can be managed efficiently as it avoids unnecessary lumping of wastes on roadside. Foul smell from these rotten wastes that remain untreated for a long time, due to negligence of authorities and carelessness of public may lead to long term problems. Breeding of insects and mosquitoes can create nuisance around promoting unclean environment. This may even cause dreadful diseases. Keywords: Dustbin; Arduino; Servo motor; Ultrasonic sensor. Microcontroller Based How to Make Fingerprint Door Lock Mayuri Jire, Vishakha Saindane, Poonam Kamankar, S.M. Rakshit Department of Electronics and Telecommunication, R.H. Sapat Collage of Engineering, Management Studies and Research, Nashik -422005 Abstract Everyone has a fear of unauthorized person entering to their home or office without their knowledge. The normal door can be fitted with locks which are capable of breaking with the use of an alternate key. Alternatives to this system can be found like the password or pattern system in the locks which again has the possibility of getting exposed and opening the lock. So, a solution to such problems can be by combining door lock with biometrics. Biometric verification is any means by which a person can be uniquely identified by evaluating one or more distinguishing biological traits. Here we will use fingerprint for biometric verification as it is one such thing which is unique to every individual and the use of fingerprint as the key to door locks can overcome the security problem of unauthorized people trespassing to our homes, shops, offices, etc. to a great extent as delicacy in such key is not possible. Also, this system will not lead to problems like losing keys because we do not require carrying keys if this system is used instead of traditional locks. So, using Arduino we will try to implement the system with features which will increase the security level. Karad E&TC, Gokhale Education Society,Nashik and 422101,India Abstract The objective of this paper is to provide an automatic railway gate at a level Crossing replacing the gates operated by the gatekeeper. It deals with two things. Firstly, it Deals with the reduction of time for which the gate is being kept closed, and secondly, to Provide safety to the road users by reducing the accidents. By the presently existing system Once the train leaves the station the stationmaster informs the gatekeeper about the arrival of the train through the telephone. Once the gatekeeper receives the information, the closes the Gate depending on the timing at which the train arrives. Hence, if the train is late due to certain Reasons, then gate remain closed for a long time causing traffic near the gates. By employing the automatic railway gate control at the level crossing the arrival of the train is detected by the sensor placed near to the gate. Hence, the time for which it is closed is less compared to the manually operated gates and also reduces the human labor. This type of gates can be employed in an unmanned level crossing where the chances of accidents are higher and Reliable operation is required. Since, the operation is automatic; error due to manual operation Is prevented. Automatic railway gate control is highly economical microcontroller based Arrangement, designed for use in almost all the unmanned level crossings in the country. Sapat Collage of Engineering, Management Studies and Research, Nashik-422005, india Abstract Fire incident is a disaster that can potentially cause the loss of life, property damage and permanent disability to the affected victim. They can also suffer from prolonged psychological and trauma. Fire fighters are primarily tasked to handle fire incidents, but they are often exposed to higher risks when extinguishing fire, especially in hazardous environments such as in nuclear power plant, petroleum refineries and gas tanks. They are also faced with other difficulties, particularly if fire occurs in narrow and restricted places, as it is necessary to explore the ruins of buildings and obstacles to extinguish the fire and save the victim. With high barriers and risks in fire extinguishment operations, technological innovations can be utilized to assist firefighting. Therefore, this project presents the development of a firefighting robot that can extinguish fire without the need for fire fighters to be exposed to unnecessary danger. robot is designed to be flexible in operation compared to other conventional fire-fighting robot in order to ease small location entry for deeper reach
