2. PREFACE
The 2019 IEEE International Conference on Recent Advance in Energy-efficient
Computing and Communication–ICRAECC2019 was held at St. Xavier’s Catholic College of
Engineering (SXCCE), Chunkankadai, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India on 7th
and 8th
March 2019.
The main target of ICRAECC 2019 is to bring together researchers, practitioners and
people from countries around the world to exchange theories, ideas, techniques and experiences
related to Electronics and Computer related areas.
ICRAECC 2019 received 193 full paper submissions. These submissions were sent to the
experts for review. After a peer review, 136 papers were short listed for presentation.
The organizers of the conference are grateful to all the authors who have chosen
ICRAECC 2019 as a platform for presentation and reviewers for their timely evaluation of the
submitted papers.
