1-Currently I am Working as a Assistant Shift Engineer in Habib ADM Hub, Pakistan
From August 2014.
 Working on Extraction of Glucose from a Rice and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant.
Where,I am dealing with the following processes and operations,
• Hammer Mill, Filter Press,conversion unit, Carbon Filter , Ion Exchangers and Evaporators
• Ensure safe, smooth and efficient operation of Plant to meet shift production targets along HSE
standards and procedures.
• Daily performanceanalysis for continuous process optimization
• During plant upsets / emergencies, conduct the root causeanalysis for every process failure or
breakdown and solve the issues on due time.
• Manage, develop and motivatesub-ordinates in the respective shifts to ensuretheir objectives are
met and develop them to their full potential.
