4. I think that, in the previous semester if I realize several activities of
sport, good not only I deport but I made physical activities walk or run as.
I the semester spent towards sport more followed in the school, and now
only I do it the weekends, and in the school already I do not do now
because they increased us many hours in the schedule, I believe that it is
it because before me it could only awhile to playing with the companions
of class, and now that increased us hours, since already I do not remain
and hurry up more to do the task because later it does not reach me the
time. The past semester I played football almost always or sometimes the
weekends it was playing basketball, but what if I do always is to go to the
school travelling and I believe that it if it helps a little for my body, to be
healthy and to be nice with me same. The persons nowadays, prefer
happening hours in video games or in the computer, that to do exercise or
to amuse itself practicing sports, what they do not know is that an evil is
done. Always it is good to practice sport, sigh many sports, and you can
practice the one that you want, knowing that it helps you to that your
this healthy, and like that body not to suffer from diseases as the obesity,
or cardiac problems, also to the cholesterol, etc … and the sports help
you to anticipate these diseases.
5. Today it is more important to us health, but unfortunately every day
humans carry less movement activities and spend much time in front of
computers and video games. So we need to exercise and eat healthy foods
to keep you healthy. What I do to maintain my healthy life: What I do to
keep my life healthy life is that I go every day to school by walking. I also
play football at times when I have time in the school me and wanted to
inscribe in tournaments because I have enough time. When I am at school I
try to exercise a little more, every day when we are at break or in our
time, we go with the physical education teacher, and he borrow us a
football ball, and we go to the court and start to play. We formed teams of
7 or 8 and, sometimes more, now I can see that every day more and more
students play football, because they see us and they like the sport and
start to practice. When I was at high school I participated in a football
tournament with many friends. I like a lot the football and now I can play
almost every day. And I realize that I feel better doing to exercise on
emotional and physical health. What you could do to improve my future
and my quality of life: Do exercise (occasionally or always if you want to
lose weight), play sports occasionally during leisure time. “All this have to
