Hi Laurinda,
Richard spent some time with me yesterday customising the project space for the Infrastructure
as a Service audit. I know it’s an investment from your perspective, but I consider that it was
time well spent and will the audit team work efficientlybecause we will be using only those
elementsof the Source that we need for this particular project. I applaud Richard’s approach.
Keep it up.

Hi Richard, Kranthi and Laurinda,
I wanted to say a huge thanks for all your hard work on making the BI Portal on the navigation
bar all come together. I know that it was a bit more complex than expected, especiallyhaving to
do a couple of hundred scripts!
I also want to thank you all for continuing to support and teach me on the ways of SharePoint –
as we move in to higher use – the focus for us will be on communication out to the Office. I
appreciate all the patience and time you give me in order to show me how to do these things
more effectively .
Kind regards,
Karen

Hi Karen,
Positive feedback is always good! I’ll ensure it’s passed on and noted.
The CST Customer Satisfaction Survey is soon to be released… so please hold on to those
thoughts 

Subject: Thanks to Richard and Laurinda
Good morning Peter and Nathan,
I wanted to letyou know that Richard Ward and Laurinda have been a pleasure to work with on
making amendments to the BI Portal within SharePoint. I had early identifiedsome issues
followingall the migration work. However, it had beendifficultto come up with solutions to
some of the usability issues.
As we have progressed through training, it has become clearer that some of the issues needed
to be fixed.Last week we met with Laurinda and Richard to discuss the issues. I was a bit
apprehensive as I am conscious that they are both under a huge amount of pressure and
demand from across the Office. However, I found their ‘what can we do to help’, smileyfaces
and positive attitude refreshing. They listenedand helped work through solutions that Richard
has immediatelyput into action. Richard has continued to touch base with me and has checked
with me regularly on the changes he is making to ensure they meet my needs. This has been
really helpful,it has meant that I have been able to give feedback to the look and feel
throughout the process and not come at the very end when it is virtually impossible to make any
changes (so we avoid the situation of ‘sorry this is what you are stuck with’ from arising).
Richard has also been patient and educated me on the correct SharePoint terminology – so it
feelslike I am now a graduate of SharePoint 101. He has also offered to help guide me through
how to make amendments and changes on the pages so I can update content and showcase
interesting visualisationsto the business.
So at a minimum, I would like to give them both praise in LT’s Monday morning meeting.
Kind regards,
Karen

Subject: Fab customer service

Hi Nathan
Just want to acknowledge the fab customer service from Jenn & Richard regarding a Source
query and request. Jenn was super helpful as always with a verbal request & pointed me in the
right direction despite probably being in melt down mode with the ANZ workload. Richard
responded & followedup with a personal visit for a request to ensure all was correct.
Couldn’t ask for any better than that
